Mr. V.S.Kothari

Born on 19th May, 1953 at Ajmer but spent childhood in a village Masuda was initiated in social work in teen age, when got attracted towards Arysamaj mainly because of its campaign against untouchability, inequality,  in the society and various other social evils. While in service in year 2000 set-up an NGO- Mahavir International, Vadodara and started helping poor children in getting good education through scholarships etc. Later on after retirement from service POSHAN was started with a view to eradicate the problem of malnutrition and its activities were started form Nov. 2015.

Before joining Indian Revenue Services in 1981 worked as Assistant Commercial Taxes officer in Rajasthan. In Income Tax department got opportunity to serve at various places in the country- Ahmedabad, Vadodara & Jamnagar in Gujrat, Coimbatore & Bangalore in Southern India & Ajmer & Jaipur in Rajasthan before getting retired in May, 2013. Now fully dedicated to the upliftment of deprived and under privileged section of society and bringing happiness in their lives.

Justice S.S. Kothari

Justice S.S.Kothari is presently the Lokayukta, Rajasthan, and as Lokayukta, he has been actively engaged in developing a system to address complaints against public servants regarding issues of corruption, abuse of official position and failure to act.

Before being sworn in as the Lokayukta in March 2013, Justice Kothari served in the Rajasthan Judicial and Higher Judicial services for more than 36 months.

He also worked as Principle Secretary, Law and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Rajasthan for more than 2 years.

Subsequently, he was elevated as a judge in the Rajasthan High court in May 2010.

Justice Kothari has been awarded the Justice Ved Pal Tyagi award for best judgement writing in hindi.

Throughout his career, he has been know for expeditious and judicious disposal of cases pertaining to civil, criminal and other matters, for constructively engaging in works concerning welfare and development like upgradation of  infrastructure and other amenities within court premises and for streamlining of court administration where ever he has served.

Justice Kothari's legal and administrative work has also been informed and shaped by his deep interest in Vedic philosophy and spirituality.

Dr. Ashok Gupta

Currently Professor of Pediatrics & Incharge of the Rare Diseases Clinic at Sir Padam Pat Mother & Child Institute. He is also the Executive Director of the International Neonatology Association, Geneva and has headed many global organizations including the International Society of Tropical Pediatrics. He has also been on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Tropical Pediatrics from Oxford, the Indian Pediatric Journal and the Indian Journal of Practical Pediatrics.

He has been recipient of many International fellowships including the fellowship from the American Academy of Pediatrics vide India Gyani Fund - 2008, Rotary Foundation Fellowship, Neonatology Fellowship from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

He has authored / edited many text books including Text Book on Pediatric Neurology and Sports & Fitness Medicine. He has been contributing author to many global publications including the Atlas of Tropical Pediatrics of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has chaired & addressed most global meetings in pediatrics including the IPA, AAP, ISTP, ASPHGAN & the National Pedicons.

He has to his credit a patent from IPR India for the Semi Open System of Neonatal Care. He has a long teaching experience and has been examiner with different universities both for under graduates and postgraduate studies in Pediatrics

Mr. O.P. Agarwal

Shri O.P.Agarwal is a leading chartered accountant of Jaipur and also chancellor of JECRC University, Jaipur. He is member at various standing committees on taxation and auditing and former member direct tax advisory committee of CBDT.

Former president of Rajasthan Tax Consultants Association and presently president of Jaipur Tax Tribunal bar. He is a member of the governing council of IICA, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, New Delhi. He is chairmen JECRC Foundation which oversee the administration of various engineering and professional colleges. He is also penal speaker for Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, FORTI, CII and various tax consultant association.

An officer of Indian Revenue Service, retd. as chief commissioner of Income Tax is a renown speaker, committed social worker, environmentalist, devoted humanist & a great lover of books.

His talk on ‘Non-Violence’ in August 2003 before a very distinguished gathering in Albert Museum Hall, London received wide acclaim. His illuminating talk on ‘Growing inequality between rich & poor’ in Rome (Italy) in September 2004 was treated as the most enlightening talk by the 800 international delegates.

He was awarded “Man of the year” by a well-known American Institute in 1999 and Samaj Ratna award by Rajasthan Vidyapeeth in 2007.

His mission is to work selflessly for upliftment of the poor, deprived and needy, specifically tribals, villagers and dalits by providing free educational facilities to them. He is national president of Eye Care Foundation, Mumbai, Advisor, “Population First” & Ex-National Head, Reading association of India.

Joined the Income Tax Department in 1970,and retired in 2007 from it after reaching its top post of the Chairman, Central Board of Direct Taxes. 

During the course of her service career, she had varied work experience in the administration of all the Direct  Tax Laws at various levels in the Department, while being posted to different parts of the country. She has been awarded by the Finance Minister of India for highest revenue collections in the charge.

She is the founder trustee of the SMILES32 Foundation in Mumbai.

 He is a thought leader specializing in designing solutions involving huge amount of data. He architected Paid Search BI stack for Microsoft-Yahoo alliance that uses Hadoop, Hive, GraphDB & HBase.


He has deep knowledge and understanding of various usage models involving traditional databases and newer Big Data platforms to provide customer centric and cost effective solutions.


He has spent 19 years in the industry. Before joining inMobi, he has worked for companies like Yahoo!, Tivo, Alcatel Lucent, TCS etc. Some of his recent projects include BI solutions for Paid Search Advertiser Analytics, Partner Analytics and Web Analytics.

He is a Consultant Orthopaedic &Joint Replacement Surgeon at Tagore Hospital & Research Institute Mansarovar, JAIPUR.

He was Trained in Mumbai and Britain. He is the first surgeon who did  Computer navigated surgery in Rajasthan. He has attended several camps and symposia with live surgical demonstrations. He has also made National & International presentations. He is also engaged in Philanthropic work with an NGO for CP affected children.

Mr. Jayantibhai D. Panchal

Is a renowned businessman of Vadodara, Gujrat. By qualification he is a civil engineer and heads a realty company. He is a patron member of “Builder Association of India” and life member of “The Indian society for Technical Education” and “The Gujarat Institute of civil Engineers and Architects.”

A recipient of P. J. Madan Gold Medal from M.S. University, Baroda, N.D. Nanavati Memorial prize, Prof. D. Subbarao Memorial Prize, J.A. Dalal Prize has also worked as lecturer in a polytechnic College between1973 to 1980.

He takes keen interest in social/charitable programmes. He is a founder trustee Narayan Charitable Trust, Gyanda Education Trust, Narayan Netra Trust, Mahavir Foundation Trust, Vadodara and Tapovan Sanskar Trust, Bharuch.

Narayan Eye Hospital run by Narayan Arogyadhan Annapurna Trust, Tajpura wherein he is the main trustee has its credit of highest number of free eye operations in a year. He has also founded two schools where education is provided to children of deprived section at a very low fee

Dr Jain has an illustrious educational background.  He was a SILVER MEDALIST for the state of Rajasthan.  His basic engineering degree B.E. (Honours) is from BITS, Pilani where he was awarded a GOLD MEDAL. Immediately after this, he was offered admission with full financial assistance by the world-renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, USA.  He has the unique distinction of having received FOUR graduate degrees from MIT.  All the four degrees from MIT were received in less than three and a half years!

He joined Jyoti Limited in the year 1977 and was General Manager of Jyoti’s Energy Division from 1981-86 looking after Renewable Energy Development. Dr Jain was awarded the prestigious Eisenhower Exchange Fellowship by Eisenhower Exchange Fellowships, Inc. USA for the year 1986 for his pioneering work in the field of energy in India.  In 1986, Dr Jain started his own company, Ankur Scientific Energy Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Baroda focusing on renewable energy sources.  The company is now recognized the world over as technology leaders in biomass gasification.  He has served on a large number of expert committees and national panels dealing with energy and development. He has also won a large number of awards and recognitions, including many lifetime achievement awards.

Dr. Jain has also keen interest in Education and Social Work. He is currently the Chairman of the leading social organization in Vadodara, Mahavir International, which has done exemplary work in upliftment of the weaker sections of the society through education of the Bright and Needy students from this section
